The traditional welding equipment in the lithium battery manufacturing and management process may have many related problems, such as easy to deformation, weld joints are easy to fracture and so on. Therefore, lithium battery laser welding machine has gradually become a very important information technology in lithium battery manufacturing. This paper will analyze some comparative results of lithium battery laser welding machine and traditional welding equipment data, in order to be able to better understand the advantages and limitations of lithium battery laser welding technology.
The lack of traditional welding equipment
Traditional welding equipment includes manual welding and machine welding. These traditional devices have the following problems in the manufacturing process of lithium batteries.

Through the analysis of this paper, we can draw the following conclusions. Compared with the traditional welding equipment, the lithium battery laser welding machine has the advantages of high precision of welded joints, simple operation, not easy to deform, and solid connection. Although there are some limitations, the laser welding technology for lithium batteries still has a broad application prospect in the future.
