A process of designing and making disposable environmentally friendly tableware

eco friendly utensils

Pulp molded products have different requirements for pulp types eco friendly utensils and processes, so what effect will different fiber ratios have on the product effect?

1. The advantages and uses of long and short fibers

Hardwood pulp and bamboo pulp are long fibers, while wheat straw pulp is mostly a short fiber.

Due to the characteristics of long fibers, it is necessary to use long fibers to increase the bonding force between the fibers when producing some products with deep depth and small inclination angle. The presence of long fibers will reduce the light transmittance of the product;

Wheat straw short fiber also has good rigidity but poor flexibility. Products made of short fiber alone are easy to break. Therefore, long fibers are also needed to increase the flexibility of the product.

Therefore, in the actual production of disposable lunch boxes, the appropriate ratio of long fiber and short fiber should be selected according to the shape and characteristics of the product.

Second, the advantages and use of chemical pulp, chemical pulp, and mechanical grinding fiber

Chemical pulp refers to the pulp made of plant fibers by chemical methods. This kind of pulp has delicate characteristics, whether it is in the paper industry or the disposable pulp used for tableware, it is relatively high-end;

Chemical-mechanical pulp refers to the pulp obtained by pretreatment by chemical teaching method and then mechanically designed to make plant fiber cell separation technology. This kind of pulp is significantly less delicate than chemical pulp;

Machine-refined fiber pulp refers to the pulp that the raw material needs to be made through a simple process that can be softened and then subjected to disc grinding. To be precise, it is not our real pulp in the traditional sense. This kind of research fiber is relatively rough and has not been extracted and refined. Peeling cellulose and hemicellulose, it is difficult to use a separate design in the use of pulp molding;

Disposable biodegradable tableware pulp molding production process can be considered to be used in combination, which is to make the product appear fibrous and truly break away from the nature of environmentally friendly tableware;

The production cost of mechanical pulp and chemical mechanical pulp is much lower than that of chemical pulp, and the mixed use can effectively reduce the production cost.

By analyzing the mixing of different parameters of the pulp, the stiffness of the product can be effectively improved, making the binding force of the fiber in the Chinese product stronger.
